On September 15, 2022, a conference summarizing

the Project implemented by the three partners, the Municipality of Police, Pełczyce and Pasewalk, was held at the Locomotive Works, Pasewalk.

The meeting began with a welcome by the hosts of the site, a presentation of the history and activities of Lokschuppen, followed by a welcome to all conference participants by the mayors of Police and Pasewalk and a representative of Pełczyce.

The conference was attended by Ms. Aleksandra Wietrzychowska - from the Interreg V A Joint Secretariat in Löcknitz.

After the welcome, the results of the project were presented:

- Investments in infrastructure,

- Proposals for the organization of weekends at individual partners (stay scenarios), development and summary of special features for different age groups and interests

- Board game, interactive map and flyer project.

Then the activities were summarized and conclusions and recommendations from the project were presented, and new financial perspectives and cooperation opportunities for local governments under the Interreg VI A program were discussed.

 The conference was followed by a guided tour of the locomotive depot, the site of the repair of the Uecker retaining wall and the construction of the pier, and a joint barbecue meeting in the evening. 

Guests from Police and Pełczyce had the opportunity to spend the night in a train (which served as a base), and the next day there was a joint canoe trip on the Uecker River.
